World of Warcraft Legion Release Date Not Possible for 2015

World of Warcraft Legion as the sixth expansion of the MMORPG game has something new to offer to their diehard fans. However, there might be a possibility of not coming out this year sadly.

According to recent news, the game developer has not yet fully decided whether the game will be really released this year since they have not yet fully announced to the public the official release date of Legion. But they have said before that the fans could have their options to have the game subscribed ahead of time.

It might also come out by later 2016 around November as stated in some news, but what the fans have to check is the full announcement from the game developer and keep their selves updated to the upcoming news thereafter. It was mentioned that the primary reason why the release for World of Warcraft Legion was delayed is because of the stemming of the flood of abandoned subscriptions that resulted to a down of 40 per cent just this January this year.

Albeit its delay, there are several things that the World of Warcraft fans should standby. Based from PC Advisor, the trailer released prior to this breaking news hinted that there will be "a pretty apropos description for the expansion." This means that they should check out how the Burning Legion will invade the poor little Azeroth causing them to stand together as one and save the entire world.

Next thing that fans should know is how this World of Warcraft Legion expansion will bring exciting experiences to the entire gaming. As said, to prevent boredom from playing World of Warcraft [wasting monthly payments for these], the game developers thought about having new challenges to include in the game such as the improvement of the combat for those long-time players and raise the level cap to 110.

One of the most thrilling things to watch out for is that Demon Hunter will also be introduced as the new hero for the game. According to the news, Demon Hunter will be offering "spectral sight, metamorphosis and unrivalled mobility."

World of Warcraft game was also rumored to have a sequel as mentioned by some recent news. Game developers have not confirmed this yet, however, this is what fans should also update aside from the huge expansion that Blizzard will be making for WoW in general.

Blizzard, the game developer for World of Warcraft already made its early announcement last year [before 2014 ended] that they will release something bigger and better World of Warcraft to offer for their fans around the globe. Let's see what they have installed and prepared for them. Right now, there are no confirmations about several rumors as some hoax news mentioned online.

ACTIVISION’S REVENUE GROWS DESPITE LOSING SUBSCRIBERS FOR ‘WORLD OF WARCRAFT’

Activision Blizzard’s Chief Executive Officer Bobby Kotick stated, “Our strategic focus on expanding our franchise portfolio with captivating and original new intellectual property, innovating on new platforms, and expanding into new geographies is reflected in our results. We outperformed our Q2 targets and last year’s results on revenues, digital growth, and earnings per share.”

“These strong results and the excitement for our future games have driven us to raise our full-year outlook,” he said. “Our audience size and the total amount of time people spend with our franchises continue to grow. In the second quarter, our monthly active users grew by 35% year-over-year, and the time our communities spent playing our games grew by 25% year-over-year.”

The publisher’s net revenue growth occurred despite subscribers for World of Warcraft, Activision Blizzard’s massively multiplayer online role-playing game, being at its lowest since the fourth quarter of 2005. World of Warcraft peaked at 12 million subscribers during 2010, but has since fallen to a mere 5.6 million.

However, Activision Blizzard’s share price has also recently hit an all-time high and sits at $28.94 on NASDAQ. This correlates with the success of its other franchises, like 2014 first-person shooter Destiny.
